One of the earliest Christmas carols I can remember is the 12 days of Christmas and for a number of years I’ve been wanting to create a “12 Days of Christmas” Christmas table. Then, to my delight I found a really delightful set of handmade glass baubles from Pottery Barn and I was over the moon. Needless to say, Christmas planning commenced.
I trust you enjoy Julie
To present the Pottery Barn Decorations I positioned them around a large gold candelabra using fishing wire of various lengths so they could all be seen.
I selected gold as the primary colour to complement the 12 days of Christmas theme and used a vintage Noritake dinner set.
Vintage gold flatware and stemware completed the place settings with 12 days of Christmas cards founds on etsy.
I added greenery to the table and antler candle holders.
To add to the theme I’ve included swans and two turtle doves nested in e=the greenery.
Use a large gold charger to define each place setting and top with a luxury gold Christmas cracker.
The Pottery Barn 12 days of Christmas set is really quite exquisite and will now take pride of place on the Christmas tree.
