With winter still prevailing in Melbourne I'm still looking for quick, tasty and warm option for unexpected guests or when you just want a treat for the family. Bacon and Tomato squares are a perfect minimal effort option.
It is hard to go past the smell of bacon on a cold day and bacon and tomato go really well together. Bacon and tomato squares are as simple as buttering sliced bread (I remove the crusts) and topping with bacon and tomato. I then place in the over at 180 c for 20 minutes and they are ready to eat.
As simple as one, two three.
